The Latest UNITE714 Prayer Sheet
The latest prayer sheet can be viewed below.  My thought is that we use it in your daily prayers and then altogether as a church in the Sunday service.  The authors suggest we all pray it each morning and/or evening at 7:14 local time.  You might want to light a candle and pray in this way, or using other prayers for the world, New Zealand, Auckland, HBC, Whangaparaoa, the Parish, the Church, your neighbours, friends, family, yourself....
Ideas for Lockdown
The Rev Sarah Park who produced the Diocesan Lent and Advent websites has come up with ideas for things to do in lockdown.  Do have a look.
Passover Meal photos
We hope you enjoyed Passover and gained some understanding of the background to the Last Supper and Holy Communion.  These two couples had a good meal....
Giving: Please remember to maintain your giving to St Stephen’s during the lockdown; the expenses of the Parish go on regardless!  Thank you to those who already or have started to give by bank transfer.  If you have been a cash or envelope giver, would you consider making your offering by bank transfer?  It is very easy to set up if you use online banking.

Bank Account: 12-3084-0097535-04
In Particulars put your name; in Code your giving or envelope number; in Reference put Giving.
If you don't have a giving number, we cannot issue an end of year receipt which would allow you a 33% tax credit.  If you want a giving number contact Alison Vedder (manager @ststephenswgp.org.nz)

The telephone tree started last week to try to make sure that everyone on the parish roll is spoken to - just for a friendly word, to see you are OK and have some company.
