Hall
The hall has a seating capacity of up to 115 people. Chairs, square and rectangular tables are available and are included in the hire fee. There is direct access to a commercial quality kitchen. The hall can be extended to the adjacent meeting room by opening the partition. We ask that the facilities are left clean & tidy ready for the next user. Meeting Room
The meeting room has a seating capacity of up to 20 people. Chairs, square and rectangular tables are available and are included in the hire fee. There is indirect access to a commercial quality kitchen. We ask that the facilities are left clean & tidy ready for the next user. Youth Room
The youth room is located underneath the main building and has a seating capacity of up to 20 people. It has its own bathroom facilities and small kitchenette. Chairs are included in the hire fee. We ask that the facilities are left clean & tidy ready for the next user. |
The Chapel
The Chapel has a seating capacity of up to 50 and is popular for small special services such as Weddings, Renewal of Vows, Memorial Services or Thanksgiving for a Child. As a consecrated space it is generally expected that one of the Priests associated with the Parish will officiate. |
Bookings PolicyPolicy for use of the Church Auditorium and Chapel
The Church Auditorium and the Chapel are consecrated spaces, to be used for:-
The church Auditorium and Chapel are primarily for the use of the Church fellowship, and provision must be made for the development of additional Church activities. Any booking taken is subject to the possibility of being set aside for a funeral or other such event. Policy for use of the Church Hall, Youth Room and Meeting Rooms When the Hall, Youth Room and Meeting Rooms are not being used for church activities, they can be available for hire by groups outside of the church, with the following proviso: The Hall, Youth Room and Meeting Rooms are part of the consecrated Ministry Centre, therefore activities held there should not be an incompatible spirituality, be immoral, or involve illegal drugs and drunkenness. Whilst community groups are welcome to use the building, it is primarily for the use of the Church fellowship and provision must be retained for the development of additional Church activities. Any booking taken may be set aside if the space that has been booked is required for a funeral. |
