Preacher: Ian Hardcastle [Text Ephesians 1:9-14] We are in Christ. This is Paul's favourite expression to describe our position as believers. Here we look at the way in and the outworking of this status in the believer's life.

Peter introduces us to the book of Ephesians, with application to his mission field. In the reading from Numbers, they complain against God which brings discipline and a means of safety. Amazingly, Jesus compares himself to that solution. What do we learn from this account?
Preacher: Ian Hardcastle [Text: Luke 14:25-35] Jesus calls us to a radical commitment and warns us of the cost of following him. Surely we need then to be ready to share the gospel with others. Having listened to the person and the Holy Spirit, having conversed in love the time will come when it is appropriate to share the gospel.
